Have you ever tasted a Brazilian barbecue?? For the meat lovers, this is paradise!

The Brazilian barbecue tradition hails from the southern part of the country, from a gaucho technique of cooking meat in the wide-open country after a long day wrangling cattle.

These days they grill the meat and bring the cuts to your table one by one, it´s called Rodizio. If you are here you can´t miss this opportunity!

You not only geta wide selection of cuts, but also a choice of level of doneness: rare (mal passado), medium rare (a ponto para mal), medium (a ponto), medium well (a ponto para bem) and well done (bem passado).

As there are so many options of dishes to taste, I will  help you decide some dishes you must taste there.

Picanha: This is the brazilians favorite cut of meat, a rump cut that’s sliced into thin sheets.For anyone who wants to experience the Brazilian barbecue, picanha is a must. Brazilians grill slabs of picanha with the fat still on, and slice it off before serving. The picanha there´s reaaally good, it is juicy and tender and you can choose some options with cheese and garlic, nhamiii.

 

Chicken heart: You will either love it or hate it! They are grilled on a steak and is really typical at a brazilian barbecue where they are served as appetizers!

Cheese with sugar cane syrup: This is unusual and there are not many places where you can find it. However they do have it at this barbecue place and you have to try! It´s grilled cheese with sugar cane syrup on top that give it an unique taste! You will love it!

Chorizo steak: This is a steak typically from argentina, a cut of meat similar to picanha and they serve it with chimichurri (an uncooked sauce that is made of finely-chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano and white vinegar). Enjoy this meat from our “hermanos” friends.

Pineapple with sugar and cinnamon: this is the perfect end to a barbecue in brazil.  Grilled pineapple with sugar and cinnamon, just go for it!

And they have drinks as well!!! Caipirinha in the pineapple, you should try!
